Battery Cells and Modules are warranted against manufacturing defects
Manufacturer 3 Year Limited Warranty
What is Covered. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.
How Long Coverage Lasts. This warranty runs for three years from the date of purchase.
What is Not Covered. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover: (a) wear and tear; (b) damage caused by abuse or failure to follow care instructions; (c) degradation of performance in charge or discharge less than 80%.
What LogixPower Will Do. LogixPower, at its sole discretion, will test the cell or module performance against specifications, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. Consumer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
How to Get Service. E-mail info@logixpower.com to submit your warranty claim. Please provide a copy of your receipt and description of the defect.
How State Law Applies. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
The foregoing warranty shall be exclusive and in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties otherwise arising by operation of law, course of dealing, custom, trade, or otherwise. Logixpower shall not be liable for any consequential damages or losses arising from the purchase, installation and/or use of this product.
Warranty Exclusions
THE WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT REPLACE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES OF SELLER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED BY MANUFACTURER. THE REMEDIES CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES DURING AND AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD. MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECT CAUSED BY PRODUCT MISUSE. IN NO EVENT WILL MANUFACTURER OR DISTRIBUTOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTED PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES WHICH ARISE OUT OF PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE, OR OUT OF NEGLIGENCE IN THE COURSE OF SUCH PERFORMANCE, WHETHER THE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES IS BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
